摘要
<正>骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种主要累及负重关节的慢性、退行性疾病,随着年龄增长,其发病率呈明显的上升趋势。我国50岁以上男性无法工作的原因中,OA居第二位,仅次于缺血性心脏病[1]。骨性关节在60岁的人群里超过80%。OA典型的病理特征为关节软骨进行性退变、软骨下骨骨质硬化。临床上以关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限、关节畸形等为主要表现。OA病因复杂,可能因素包括年龄、肥胖、过度负重及创伤等。目前OA的早期治疗主要集中在改善关节软骨的营养状况及减少关节软骨的
