两种方法治疗老年骨质疏松性稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的对比分析

摘要
目的比较经皮加压钢板(PCCP)和滑动髋螺钉(SHS)治疗老年骨质疏松性稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年12月治疗的86例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者临床资料,其中,39例采用PCCP治疗(PCCP组),47例采用SHS治疗(SHS组),比较两组手术时间、术中失血量、输血率、外侧壁破裂发生率、完全负重时间以及末次髋关节评分。结果手术时间、术中失血量、Harris评分方面,PCCP组优于SHS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的输血率、外侧壁破裂发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在治疗老年骨质疏松性稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折方面,与SHS相比,PCCP能缩短手术时间和切口,软组织损伤小,出血少,术后髋关节功能恢复好。
