有机硒对奶牛生产性能的影响及富硒乳制品开发研究

摘要
硒是动物机体内重要的微量元素,目前以亚硒酸钠为主的饲料添加形式已被证明毒性大、生物利用率低,并对环境存在较大危害,所以硒的新型添加形式(有机硒)日益受到重视。本文主要从有机硒对奶牛生产性能的影响及富硒乳制品开发两方面进行综述,旨在为有机硒调控奶牛生产提供指导,并为富硒乳制品的开发提出建议,最终为奶产业的高质量生产提供理论依据。
