新护士心理弹性概念框架的构建

摘要
目的了解优秀新护士角色转变期的抗压体验,探索适合中国新护士的心理弹性概念结构。方法采用质性研究中的扎根理论研究方法,对12名优秀新护士进行深度访谈。结果新护士心理弹性概念的核心类属为动态调整过程,包括关注自我适应、关注临床情境和关注患者3个阶段15个主类属、30个亚类属。结论根据此概念框架,深刻理解新护士心理弹性内涵,促进新护士角色转变,具有实践指导意义。
