The policy of equal treatment means to repair the social system to guarantee equal treatment for all people. The policy of dynamic action means to adapt gender difference to the social system through a specific action plan. The policy of gender mainstreaming means the remoulding of society; It is defined as the integration of equal opportunities into all systems, structures, actions, policies, projects and programs. This article discusses these three different policies and their merits and demerits.
