兔膝骨关节炎模型的研究进展

摘要
膝骨性关节炎是中老年人群的常见病和多发病,但其发病机制目前尚不明确,因此建立KOA动物模型来探讨其病理机制、药物防治手段已成为研究KOA的重要方法。目前研究者多采用不同种属的动物模型,其中兔类因其简便易得、且与人膝骨关节在外观上大体相似而十分常用。针对兔膝骨关节研究者多采用2类方式造模,即手术方式:用手术方式改变关节解剖结构,造成关节不稳、应力不均,从而诱导动物膝关节发生退变;非手术方式:通过关节制动,或关节腔药物注射等方式获得。本文就这2类KOA动物模型的研究进展进行综述。
