摘要：

表达生长抑素受体的人类肿瘤中，起源于神经内分泌组织或细胞者居多，但也见于胃癌、大肠癌、胰腺癌、淋巴瘤和前列腺场等。应用核素标记配基进行肿瘤生长抑素受体显像及受体亚型研究，不仅可以了解这些肿瘤的生物学特征，而且有助于肿瘤特别是转移灶的定位诊断，进而指导临床内、外科治疗。
