黄河流域空三足器的兴起

In the archaeological cultures of the Yellow River valley, the origin and development of pottery vessels with three hollow legs were significant. This paper discusses the followign four questions related to the three-hollow-leg vessels: 1) the discussion of the three periods of Gushuihe site;2) the location of bird-like pitcher of Gushuihe site (No.Y1: 72) in the development of gut-tripod of the Dawenkou culture; 3) the origin of all kinds of ila-tripod, and 4) the appearance of the jialike li-tripod with single ear or double handals.
