<正>当前,国外民间金融(civil finance)的研究非常活跃,国际性金融经济组织,如世界银行、OECD等,特别是欧洲各国,以原非洲殖民地的宗主国为主的国家,由于在帮助原殖民地发展过程中如何进行金融扶持,而形成诸多的思路,但多以当地传统民间金融形式为主。国外对民间金融与非正式金融(infor-mal finance)范畴的使用还相当混乱,对主流金融以外的金融形式研究大多使用"非正式金融",还有相当部分或者直接称为民间金融。我们认为,法国国
