摘要：

硫氧还蛋白 (thioredoxin,Trx)广泛地存在于生物界中 ,是一种低分子量 (12 KD)、有还原双硫键活力的蛋白质。越来越多的研究表明 ,它是重要的酶活力调节蛋白 ,参与许多重要的生命活动。文章主要以植物硫氧还蛋白为对象 ,对前人在硫氧还蛋白的分类、理化特点、生物功能等方面已取得的研究成果作一回顾。
