社会网络对创业绩效的影响——创业能力的中介作用

摘要：

创业能力是影响创业绩效的关键,社会网络为获得创业能力提供了大量的知识、信息资源,然而少有研究从创业者的角度,对社会网络、创业能力与创业绩效之间的作用机制进行探索。文章整合社会网络理论、创业能力理论,构建了创业者社会网络、创业能力与创业绩效关系的理论模型,并基于409位小微企业创业者的调查数据对研究假设进行了实证检验。结果表明:创业者的社会网络与创业绩效并非仅是简单的线性关系,创业能力发挥了部分中介作用。研究旨在对创业者挖掘社会网络价值、实现创业能力提升并获得创业绩效提供理论基础和实践支持。
