摘要
近几年,糖尿病对认知功能的影响成为跨学科研究的热点。研究显示,糖尿病认知功能障碍的核心为脑神经元受损、缺失和功能下调。而影响脑神经元功能的可能机制有脑血管的改变、代谢失调、神经营养因子缺乏、中枢肾素-血管紧张素系统表达异常、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能亢进等。
