摘要
脑缺血疾病是目前严重危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高的特点。所以日益受到政府和学界的重视。脑缺血后可以引起一系列病理生理和生化方面的改变,目前公认的脑缺血损伤机制包括:兴奋性损害、Ca2+超载、自由基及脂质过氧化、线粒体功能障碍、NO、细胞因子、立早基因和热休克蛋白表达紊乱、细胞凋亡等。
