摘要：

有关项目治理,在国外已产生较多代表性的研究成果,在国内存在深入研究的必要。通过总结代表性文献,从项目治理的概念界定、治理原则和治理结构三个方面展开评述,归纳出项目治理的定义,公共项目的治理原则,以及影响项目治理结构的要素,并探讨了未来研究方向。
