人参茎叶皂苷对5和24周龄小鼠脑缺血及缺血再灌注的影响

摘要
人参茎叶皂苷 100 mg·kg-1·d-1 ×7明显延长 5周龄和 24周龄小鼠断头喘气时间和结扎双侧颈总动脉的存活时间(P<0.05),而 50 mg·kg-1·d-1×7的作用不明显. 100, 50 mg·kg-1·d-1×7的人参茎叶皂苷对小鼠脑缺血及缺血再灌注过氧化脂质的增加具有明显的抑制作用,其对5周龄小鼠的作用明显强于对24周龄小鼠的作用.
