<正> 尽管影响艾滋病病毒(HIV)经异性传播的因素很多,例如性伴侣更换率、多性伴侣并存关系、肛交、男性与妓女的接触等行为学因素。但是在过去的10年中,积累了大量的证据说明一些性传播疾病(STDS)加强了艾滋病病毒1型(HIV-1)的传播。最初证明STDS是一个协同因子很困难,因为HIV-1和STDS享有同一个传播模式,因此在流行病学研究中看到的关联可能是危险性行为的混杂作用产生的结果。虽然在横断面研究中HIV-1和STDS感染的时
