区域经济增长差异的再反思:历史起因与演化逻辑

摘要：

本文从地方干部的历史来源出发,对中华人民共和国成立后福建省各县市的经济政策以及地区经济发展的绩效差异进行了解释和检验。我们发现:中国革命的历史发展路径对中华人民共和国成立后地方的干部来源产生了持续的深刻影响;在不同历史来源的地方干部中,地方政府的行为倾向和经济政策选择存在着显著差异;地区之间不同的经济政策导向决定了经济增长绩效的区域差异。
