摘要：

<正> 冠心病(CAD)是发达国家人口死亡的主要原因。在我国其发病率也迅速增高,严重危害着人们的身体健康。它的临床表现包括:心绞痛、心肌梗死(MI)、中风、猝死等,多见于50～60岁的男性及60～70岁的女性。过去,常通过血脂普查发现冠心病高危人群,尽管这种方法行之有效,但在美国每年要漏诊130万没有或只伴有轻度胆固醇增高的心肌梗死患者。动脉粥样硬化是一个在生命的早期开始出现,进展缓慢,可以维持许多年而无症状的病理过程。实验室及临床资料显示动脉粥样硬化不仅是一种脂肪沉积疾病,机体炎症在粥样血栓的形成及发展中起关键作用。单核细胞、巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞在动脉壁的粥样斑块中聚集,有大量炎症细胞浸润的斑块肩部是急性冠脉综合征(ACS)时最易发生破裂的部位。
