摘要：

目的:本文探讨IL-1β、MMP-3在OA中的表达及临床意义。方法:对37例膝关节骨关节炎患者,10例正常人关节液标本中的IL-1β、MMP-3进行了研究。IL-1β、MMP-3的检测均采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)。结果:OA关节液中IL-1β、MMP-3的水平均显著高于正常对照组。本研究结果还显示OA患者中IL-1β、MMP—3与病程成正相关。结论:OA患者关节液中IL-1β、MMP-3水平明显增高,它们与骨关节炎关节软骨退变有关。IL-1β、MMP-3在骨关节炎关节软骨退变的病理过程中发挥关键作用。
