人体5-吡咯啉羧酸还原酶在组织发育及肿瘤发生过程中的作用

摘要
5-吡咯啉羧酸还原酶(P5CRs)是广泛存在于从原核细胞到真核细胞中的管家蛋白,位于细胞质和线粒体中,以NAD(P)H为辅酶,将谷氨酸、鸟氨酸合成的5-吡咯啉羧酸(P5C)还原为脯氨酸并生成NAD(P)+,同时,P5CRs-脯氨酸代谢循环反应与机体组织三羧酸循环(TCA)、尿素循环、以及磷酸戊糖途径密切相关,在细胞增殖、凋亡,皮肤、骨骼、脑等组织发育及口腔、头颈、淋巴瘤等肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着调节的作用。通过了解P5CRs的相互作用网络及多重的生物学功能,为进一步了解组织器官发育及肿瘤的发生机理提供新的理论基础。
