摘要：

基于企业能力理论,对内外部IT能力与企业绩效的关系问题展开研究,实证研究结果显示,外部IT能力对企业的内部IT能力有正向的影响,组织学习在内外部IT能力对企业绩效作用的过程中起到了完全中介的作用。
