白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床进展

摘要：

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)居于全球死亡原因的第四位,其本质是多种原因导致的一种慢性炎症性疾病。白三烯是COPD气道炎症中的主要炎性介质之一,白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗COPD具有一定的效果。本文综述白三烯受体拮抗剂在COPD治疗中的作用。
