以HRP及氚水作示踪剂研究脑脊液的回流途径

摘要
目的研究脑脊液(CSF)的正常回流途径。方法将HRP、氚水作为示踪剂分别缓慢注入两组大白鼠侧脑室。应用光、电镜技术和液闪、放射自显影技术对HRP和氚水在脑组织中分布状况进行观察。结果在脑室周围器官及脑室周围室管膜、软脑膜层有HRP反应产物的聚集,在鼻中隔的鼻粘膜下组织间隙、嗅丝周围间隙及静脉周围和管腔内也可见到HRP反应产物;液闪计数显示,大白鼠的脉络丛、脑垂体、最后区、松果体等脑室周围器官放射性活度明显高于本底;放射自显影显示大白鼠脑组织神经层细胞内有散在分布的银颗粒。结论CSF可经由脑室周围器官、脑膜及鼻粘膜下静脉网汇入体循环,同时CSF可回流至大脑神经细胞层,参与形成神经细胞层组织液,与维持脑的正常功能有关。
