抗组胺药物的抗过敏作用研究进展

摘要
抗组胺药物在临床上已应用多年,其机理主要是通过阻断H1受体而起抗过敏作用。研究发现过敏炎症中有许多细胞因子和趋化因子参与,抗组胺药物对炎症细胞的迁移和激活有抑制作用。本文对组胺及其受体,抗组胺药物的抗过敏炎症作用进行综述。
