分子靶向药物在结直肠癌治疗方面的研究进展

摘要
在消化系统中,结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤,并且其发病率日渐提高。以手术为主,结合化疗、放疗的综合治疗方法,是结直肠癌的主要治疗模式,在过去和现在均发挥着不可替代的作用,但该治疗方法自身的弊端也不容忽视。而分子靶向药物的出现为结直肠等肿瘤的治疗开辟了一个新方向,该药物在临床及临床前研究均取得了一定成果,已成为结直肠癌治疗的一条新途径。在此就近些年来分子靶向药物在结直肠癌治疗方面的相关进展予以综述。
