摘要：

慢性心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床症状群,发病率和病死率高,5a存活率与恶性肿瘤相仿,严重威胁患者生命。近年来针对心力衰竭的新的诊断与治疗方法不断涌现。本文结合循证医学证据和国内外最新指南,对慢性心力衰竭的诊断及治疗进展作一综述。
