转化生长因子β1及其信号转导分子Smad4,Smad7在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义

摘要
目的 探讨转化生长因子 β1及其超家族肽类的细胞内转导分子Smad4和Smad7在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 ,对经过石蜡包埋的 3 0例胶质瘤和8例正常脑组织标本进行定位和定性检测。结果 TGF β1,Smad4和Smad7蛋白在胶质瘤中均有不同程度的表达 ,Smad4的表达水平随着胶质瘤恶性程度的增高而降低 ,且在正常脑组织、低、高级别胶质瘤组中的表达差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;TGF β1,Smad7在正常脑组织中几乎不表达 ,在低级别胶质瘤 (Ⅰ Ⅱ级 )中表达较少 ,在高级别胶质瘤 (Ⅲ Ⅳ级 )中表达较多 ,两者在正常脑组织及高、低级别胶质瘤中的表达两两比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。且TGF β1与Smad7的表达水平呈正相关 (r =0 .78,P <0 .0 1) ;TGF β1与Smad4的表达水平呈负相关(r =-0 .67,P <0 .0 1)。结论 TGF β1,Smad7蛋白的阳性表达与组织学分级密切相关 ,它们参与了在人脑胶质瘤细胞的恶性转化 ,而Smad4对胶质瘤的进展有抑制作用。
