阿司匹林作为预防性用药在血栓性疾病患者及其高危人群中已广泛应用,但部分患者尽管服用阿司匹林,却仍不能避免卒中等血栓性疾病的发生,由此,"阿司匹林抵抗"的概念被提出。笔者就阿司匹林抵抗机制进行综述。
