摘要：

[目的]对成都市社区卫生服务慢性病管理中糖尿病控制情况的影响因素进行分析。[方法]对成都市29个社区卫生服务中心2030个慢性病患者进行问卷调查,采用描述性方法、方差分析和回归分析的方法对糖尿病控制情况的影响因素进行分析。[结果]成都市社区卫生服务中的糖尿病患者对糖尿病病症表现和慢性病药物治疗的知晓率分别为67.5%、90%,但是对血糖正常值的知晓率为44.8%,对社区医生的依从率为95.0%,行为改变率最高的是进食量的控制为94.6%,影响糖尿病控制率的主要因素是按照医嘱服药的依从性、每日进食量和每日运动量。[讨论]应加强糖尿病患者的健康教育等健康促进工作,加强对全科医生糖尿病有关知识的培训。
