银杏内酯A和B混合物对大鼠永久性局灶性脑缺血的保护作用

摘要
目的研究银杏内酯A和B混合物(ginkgolide A and ginkgolide B,GKAB)对大鼠永久性局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法采用大鼠永久性大脑中动脉阻塞(permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion,pMCAO)模型观察GKAB12.5、25、50mg/kgiv给药对脑梗死体积、脑含水量、行为学症状及组织形态学(光镜)的影响。结果GKAB12.5、25、50mg/kgiv给药呈剂量依赖性减少pMCAO大鼠脑梗死体积、降低脑含水量、改善行为学症状及减轻脑组织形态改变。50、25mg/kg组与模型组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.01、0.05)。结论GKAB对大鼠永久性局灶性脑缺血损伤具有保护作用。
