摘要：

According to the reviewing about the critical-size of Rheum palmatum L,in which the contents of total anthraquinone of Rheum palmatum L.' powder was dissoled in vitro,the contents of active constituent trended to the constant when the size of powder was smaller than 20 μm.In the course of Chinese traditional medicine's micromashing,the smashing index was the critical-size.
