认知情绪调节问卷中文版在乳腺癌患者中的初步应用

摘要
目的评估认知情绪调节问卷(CERQ)中文版在乳腺癌患者中的信度、效度。方法 539名乳腺癌患者完成了认知情绪调节问卷、汉密尔顿抑郁量表和汉密尔顿焦虑量表的评估。结果 CERQ全量表的α系数为0.900,9个分量表的α系数在0.754-0.965之间;全量表条目间平均相关系数为0.193,9个分量表的条目间平均相关系数在0.435-0.873之间;全量表的分半信度为0.800,9个分量表的分半信度系数为0.722-0.960。验证性因素分析结果显示:2/df为3.731,NFI为0.901,IFI为0.925,TLI为0.916,CFI为0.925,RMR为0.048,RMSEA为0.071。结论 CERQ-C具有良好的信效度,可用于测查乳腺癌患者的认知情绪调节方式。
