正念减压疗法减轻鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者心理痛苦的研究

摘要：

目的探讨正念减压疗法对减轻鼻咽癌同步放化疗患者心理痛苦的效果。方法将128例鼻咽癌住院行同步放化疗患者随机分为对照组和实验组各64例,对照组行8周常规心理护理,实验组同期行正念减压疗法。结果实验组心理痛苦评分及12项问题改善程度显著优于对照组,焦虑及抑郁、生活质量改善程度显著好于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论正念减压疗法能有效减轻鼻咽癌患者心理痛苦,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,从而改善其生活质量。
