VEGF相关信号通路在血管新生中的研究进展

摘要
组织器官在生理或病理状态下,受到促血管生成因子的刺激,引发生血管新生。VEGF、Notch、Wnt/β-catenin、Ang1(2)/tie2、PI3K-AKT等多个信号通路参与到该过程,对血管新生的各个阶段产生影响。其中VEGF联系众多信号通路,对血管新生整个过程进行调节,发挥了无可替代的作用。近年来国内外对VEGF及相关信号通路调节血管新生机制的研究取得了一定的进展,对多种疾病发病机制的阐明及临床药物的研发提供了新的理论依据。我们总结了近年来相关研究成果,希望为血管新生相关疾病的治疗提供新的可能性。
