摘要：

<正>血浆内脂素(visfatin)是2005年Fukuhara等[1]发现的一种新的脂肪细胞因子,在小鼠和人的内脏脂肪组织中高度表达,序列测定证实visfatin的cDNA片段与编码前B细胞集落增强因子(pre-B cellcolony-enhancing factor,PBEF)5'端非翻译区的基因序列一致,二者为同一种免疫蛋白[2]。研究表明它不仅能结合并激活胰岛素受体发挥类胰岛素样降低血糖的作用,还可促进脂肪的分化和聚集,可能是联系肥胖、糖尿病和胰岛素抵抗相关疾病的一个靶点。
