摘要：

通过宏观层面的跨国案例研究以及从产业层面和微观企业层面去验证金融发展(或金融发展的滞后)是否会影响经济增长的模式和速度,结果表明:金融发展和经济增长存在紧密的正相关关系;金融市场和金融机构的发展本身就是经济增长的一个必要的组成部分;金融发展的水平预示了未来的经济增长、资本积累和技术变迁的速度。随着金融过度发展带来的金融风险已成为影响全球经济周期重要因素的现实条件下,今后理论界可能要面临的一些新论题是:金融发展与经济增长之间的正相关关系是否存在一个度的限制;金融发展是否应由经济发展水平和市场完善程度来规定其上限;经济增长中的金融贡献因素是否具有长期有效性;内生于金融发展的金融风险对经济增长的反向冲击应如何评估等。
