雌激素对成骨细胞和破骨细胞凋亡的调节机制

摘要
绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)是与雌激素减少相关的骨代谢性疾病,雌激素替代疗法(ERT)是防治PMOP的措施之一。作者用雌激素通过非基因组作用方式对成骨细胞的抗凋亡作用和通过护骨素/激活核因子κB受体及其配体系统(OPG/RANKL/RANK)及细胞外信号调节激酶(ERKs)持续磷酸化促进破骨细胞凋亡等方面阐明雌激素替代疗法治疗的作用机制。
