硝化应激在酒精性肝病中的作用

摘要
在酒精性肝病发病过程中存在诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达增强,生成大量一氧化氮,在氧化应激的状态下与活性氧反应生成过氧化亚硝酸根离子,从而引发硝化应激,通过介导蛋白质、核酸等的硝化,影响细胞信号转导通路,最终影响细胞的代谢等功能及细胞凋亡,参与酒精性肝病的发病。本文旨在阐述硝化应激在酒精性肝病发病机制中可能发挥的作用。
