摘要：

器官组织移植是医学领域最重要的成就之一,但移植免疫排斥是困扰器官移植发展因素中重要的问题。如何控制免疫排斥是急待解决的问题之一。现普遍认为,解决异体移植排斥反应的关键在于诱导受体对供体细胞、组织或器官产生免疫耐受。白细胞介素10(IL-10)是机体重要的免疫调节因子。近年来,越来越多的研究表明IL-10可以抑制T细胞活化增殖及诱导活化的T细胞凋亡、减轻移植排斥反应、诱导免疫耐受。
