SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群变化的临床意义

摘要：

目的探讨淋巴细胞亚群在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)病人发病中的临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测了70例SLE患者(其中活动期38例,非活动期32例)以及30例健康体检者外周血CD3+/CD4+、CD3+/CD8+、CD3+/CD19+、NK(CD3+/CD16++CD56+)细胞的表达水平。结果与正常对照组相比,活动期SLE患者CD4+、NK细胞百分率明显降低(P<0.05),CD8+、B(CD19+)细胞百分率明显升高(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值显著降低(P<0.01)。SLE患者活动期与非活动期比较,CD4+细胞数低于稳定期,CD8+细胞数明显高于稳定期。结论 SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群细胞数的变化与疾病的病程和临床表现相关联。
