国外高校图书馆参与数字出版的角色定位

摘要：

面对学术出版商业模式所形成的"期刊危机"与"出版危机",国外高校图书馆已经陆续参与数字出版实践。本文通过分析国外高校图书馆参与数字出版的方式,发现国外高校图书馆已经作为出版内容资源提供者、期刊托管平台提供者、数字资源长期管理者与保存者、OA政策的支持者与制定者及版权处理者参与数字出版实践,一定程度上拓宽出版通道,促进学术交流与传播。我国高校图书馆应借鉴国外相关经验,找准定位,主动参与数字出版。
