木屑快速热解生物油中酚类提取物的抗氧化及抑真菌活性研究

摘要
采用减压蒸馏和溶剂萃取的方法从木屑生物油中提取酚类,以没食子酸为标准对照品,通过Folin-Ciocalteu法对酚类提取物中的酚类进行测定,结合清除DPPH·法考察提取物的抗氧化能力,采用离体实验方法分析木屑生物油的不同溶剂的酚类提取物对3种植物病原真菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:1)乙醚、甲苯和乙酸乙酯的酚类提取物的总酚含量较高,均在366mg·g-1以上;2)在抗氧化能力结果中,乙酸乙酯的酚类提取物的DPPH·清除能力最强,其IC50值为9.7mg·L-1,DPPH·清除率与酚类提取物的总酚含量存在一定的线性关系;3)不同溶剂的酚类提取物对3种植物病原菌的抑制作用存在差异,其中乙酸乙酯的酚类提取物抑制效果最好,对小麦根腐霉、番茄灰霉、木材褐腐霉的EC50值均<0.60mg·mL-1。
