抗8-AG和HGPRT缺失的人早幼粒白血病细胞突变株(HL-60-AR)的体外诱导分化潜能

摘要
具有抗8-AG和HGPRT-遗传标记的HL-60-AR细胞与维生素A酸或二甲基亚砜一起保温后,细胞对NBT还原反应能力增强;细胞膜表面出现C2补体受体;细胞形态按粒系白细胞途径向较成熟的方向发育。同时,细胞并合3H-TdR的速率降低;细胞几乎全部丧失在软琼脂中形成集落的能力。HL-60-AR细胞对次黄嘌呤的诱导分化反应不敏感。
