摘要：

便秘是化疗常见的并发症。患者常常表现为排便困难、排便不尽感和粪便硬结。便秘会对肿瘤患者造成严重的不良影响,极大地降低了患者的生活质量。本文概述了化疗相关便秘的病理生理机制,并总结了针对化疗相关便秘的预防措施及治疗方案,以便为临床医师规范化治疗该症提供帮助。
