建成环境与休闲性体力活动关系的研究:系统综述

目的:总结相关研究成果,探究各种建成环境特征与休闲体力活动的相关性,为后续研究提供参考和依据。方法:通过Medline、Embase、Pubmed和SportsDiscus四大数据库共检索符合标准的文献40篇,提取各研究中的环境特征与休闲体力活动的相关系数及显著性概率,然后按照标准进行综合评价。结果:获取证据比值前5位的环境特征依次为:步行指数(67%)、土地混合利用(50%)、街道衔接性(50%)、地形坡度(50%)、美观/清洁/绿化(45%);建成环境客观测量时相关的检出率为37.4%,主观测量时为39.5%。结论:对于全人群,步行指数与休闲体力活动存在相关性,街道衔接性等7项特征的相关性有待进一步证明,另外6项特征不存在相关性。
