摘要：

目前人们认为肿瘤既是遗传性疾病,也可能是免疫学疾病。因此深入探讨肿瘤发生发展与免疫系统的相互关系,才有可能产生更多新策略对肿瘤进行免疫治疗。文章简述肿瘤与免疫系统相互关系,介绍肿瘤逃避免疫应答机制的最新研究进展,并就新近肿瘤免疫治疗策略进行综述。
