摘要：

本文基于广东地区两个行业的224家处于集群网络中的中小企业为样本,通过问卷调查的方式获取样本数据,采用企业网络规模、网络强度和网络互惠度3个网络特征来衡量企业外部网络,运用综合指标量化技术创新绩效,使用过程式条目把吸收能力分解为适应能力、应用能力和生产能力,利用层次回归分析和结构方程模型的实证检验,探索吸收能力在企业外部网络与技术创新绩效之间起何作用。结果表明,吸收能力在企业外部网络与技术创新绩效之间起调节和部分中介作用。这说明,中小企业进行技术创新时,在积极构建外部关系平台的同时,应该重视自身对外部新信息和知识的接受与消化能力。另外,根据对研究结果的讨论,分析了研究的不足,探讨了后续研究的方向。
