经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床应用

摘要
目的:研究经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院骨科收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者80例,并将其随机分为两组,其中保守治疗组40例,予卧硬板床、功能锻炼配合药物常规治疗;手术治疗组40例,予PVP手术配合药物治疗。观察比较治疗前后两组患者的疼痛评分(VAS)、活动能力评分、Cobb's角及椎体高度。结果:1治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分与治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后1周,手术组的VAS评分与保守组比较,明显降低(P<0.05);2治疗后,两组患者的活动能力评分与治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后1周,手术组活动能力评分与保守组比较明显降低(P<0.05);3治疗后1月,两组患者的Cobb's角与治疗前相比均明显减小(P<0.05),椎体高度均明显恢复,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折具有良好的临床疗效,值得深入研究。
