长期结果考量、自我牺牲精神与领导授权赋能行为:环境不确定性的调节作用

摘要
采用问卷调查的方法,本研究检验了长期结果考量和自我牺牲精神对领导授权赋能行为的影响,以及环境不确定性的调节作用。研究结果表明:(1)长期结果考量对领导授权赋能行为正向影响显著。(2)环境不确定性显著调节长期结果考量和自我牺牲精神与领导授权赋能行为之间的关系。自我牺牲精神与领导授权赋能行为之间的正相关关系在高不确定性环境中要比在低不确定性环境中更显著。但是长期结果考量与领导授权赋能行为之间的正相关关系在低不确定性环境中要比在高不确定性环境中更显著。
