摘要：

甲壳类过敏无论在成人还是儿童发病率均较高。其临床表现可由单纯的口腔症状至过敏性休克不等,甚至在同一个体也可出现不同反应。由于过敏原氨基酸序列同源性的存在,导致出现不同程度的交叉反应。目前研究发现,实验室检查与临床表现有时并不相符,并且有学者提出,脱敏治疗可能会导致其他物质的过敏反应。另一方面,水产品加工所导致的职业性过敏也日益受到重视。该文就近期有关甲壳类过敏相关的研究进展予以综述。
